Flat-Rate Shipping
We offer $3.00 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders, regardless of the number of pieces purchased.
Processing Time
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. An estimated completion and shipping timeframe will be provided for custom orders.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary depending on destination, holidays, weather, and other postal delays.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Love Rain is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help determine the next steps. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, carrier delays are outside of Love Rain’s control.
